Your users
should hear from you.
Even the ones you'd never get to.

PostHog → AI → your inbox. AI drafts the follow-up in your voice; a second AI grades every draft and forces a rewrite when it misses. What clears your rules sends itself, from your address. A holdout proves what it caused. And when a flow stalls, a check-up tells you why, with evidence, and drafts the fix.

Every workspace starts in dry-run: it drafts for a week and sends nothing until you say go.

Saw you connected a workspace, can I help?

Hey Marisol,

Stoneprint just connected a workspace but didn’t get past inviting your teammates. Most folks at this point either hit a snag with SSO or wanted to import their existing brand kit first. Which is it?

Either way I’ll handle it today. Just hit reply.

Best,
Suyash

You meant to
email them. Now you do.

You launched. Two hundred people signed up. You DM'd the first ten, meant to get to the rest, and never did. Fluxway watches your SaaS for the moment that matters, a trial ending, a feature clicked, a payment failing, and writes that 1:1 the second it happens. Every user hears from you, not just the ten you got to.

hey leo, trial's up friday and the deploy hooks never landed. want the three-line fix before it lapses?

to priya@meadow.studio

hi priya, your trial ends friday and the whole team is already in. worth five minutes to set up billing so nobody loses access?

Two people, one moment, two different emails. Never the same paragraph twice.

Every email
sends itself.
You set the rules.

A second AI grades every draft, in your voice and grounded in your own product so it can't invent a feature or misquote a price. Below the bar, the writer must rewrite against the judge's critique. Every email then waits up to two hours in your queue, so you can catch anything that feels off. You rarely have to.

Over the bar, it sends itself. Up to 2 hours in your queue, then out from your address.

Under it, the writer rewrites against the judge's critique, and the score rides on the draft in your queue. Today the judge advises on sending rather than silently blocking it; one switch in settings makes its score the gate.

We run Fluxway on Pictify, the founder's other product. It has written and sent 209lifecycle emails in his voice. The “welcome from the founder” playbook sent 155 of them, and 11 people wrote back. Real replies, from real users, in his real inbox.

7.1%of 155 welcome emails got a real reply.

The reply rate a founder gets writing by hand, on 155 people he would never have gotten to, at zero hours spent.

and when you want causal proof · the holdout

Opt any flow in and a random 10% of the people it matches are held back. Conversions are counted from your own PostHog and Stripe events for both groups, so you see what the emails caused, not what they touched. Not enough data says not enough data.

illustrationIf 7 in 100 emailed people convert and 3 in 100 held-back people do, the gap is what the emails caused. Example numbers, not a claim.

And when the numbers are too small to trust, it says so:not enough data yet

the check-up

Zero replies?
It tells you why.

Every flow wears its vitals: sends, replies, bounces, copy going stale. A sick one flags itself in your daily digest. Run a check-up and an analyst AI reads every real send and reply, then hands you a diagnosis it has to prove: quoted subject lines, bounce codes, the exact pattern costing you replies. One click drafts the fix on your canvas, and the sends after it are measured against the sends before.

Draft the fix

Every diagnosis also names what would disprove it. Small-sample honesty, not manufactured certainty.

It learns you.
Every send. Every edit.

With your consent it reads how you actually write, and every edit you make in the queue teaches it further. Drafts stop sounding like AI and start sounding like you, and the judge holds every send to that voice.
